Todo Items for Us

• internal cover for mail slot (reduce drafts, under $20)
• Coat hanger in hallway entrance
• Wooden shoe rank (and slipper holder?) for common E&D and guest shoes
• FLOWERS!!!! Yay!  : )
  • flowers in stone or elongated boxes on top of wall facing street
  • hanging flowers for back porch (on wooden latticework and from three hangers facing out
  • pot on center "table" stone at front of roofed section of porch
  • flowers for stone boxes along the side
  • garden flowers.... (more research required....)
• Lanterns
  • candle lanterns for porch (ceramic things for walls and latticework? hangy paper or ceramic lanterns for center area roof hooks?)
  • LED garden lights around edge of garden (and maybe by steps??? something else by steps?) for garden liked ones in Schenley Farms neighborhood
• Boxspring + Metal support for bed
• His and her bed-side tables with drawers??? (to replace dresser for E. option... perhaps with bed-side drawers D&E could share large dresser???? then current bed-side table would go in guest bedroom? no idea... just brainstorming)
• Long term: rainwater capture for garden?
• Bathrooms:
  • toilet bowel cleaner for master bathroom
  • steel trash can for 1st floor bathroom
  • white tupperware storage container for 2nd floor bathroom to hold toilet paper, etc.

Erica Things

• Desk for office
• Dresser? For closet?
• Am I planning on doing anything about bookshelves in my office? Will all of my books go in our bedroom? Will I bring down my bookshelf from the guest bedroom? Buy a new one to match Dave's?

Play thingies Erica might find fun

• Buy green or brown towel set (body and hand) and bathroom mat for master bathroom for super-matchy happiness
• Switch blue mat and towel set and bathroom mat to middle bathroom? (will this match??? blues might be off... darker blue? might just need second hand towel?

Todo Items for Jonathan

• Thermostat says clean or replace air filter
• Fridge says replace water filter
• Sink in basement drips when off
• Install hangers in front entrance way closet.
• Need additional supports for hanger rod in Erica's closet (smaller one to the left when back to the windows facing the bed), would like an additional shelf installed on top of these support and around the corner (matching the one above.)
• Install Pins to hold curtain ties
• Clean out and re-paper linen drawer
• Install hand towel hangers for both 2nd floor bathrooms
• Install blinds on windows to rt and lft of door of main door in hallway and over top window in main door in hallway (maybe roll down blinds like in living room?)
• Remove things from basement
• Big air gap by dryer exit vent in basement
• Parking permit
• Shower door makes weird "crack" noise when closing sometimes - is this a break-in thing or something to worry about?
• 2nd floor shower curtain (J acknowledged)

Stuff to mention for awareness

• Broken slats in rear deck trellis wall
• Glass in bookshelf dining room was cracked
• Back deck is worn and probably needs to be re-coated some day

Updates to Jonathan

• Swapped the hot & cold water lines on the washer
• Cleaned all drawers in the kitchen, all floors, most window sills, etc.
• Broken wooden lattice-work on porch (no need to fix... just a heads up)
